Julian NahachewskyJulian completed his law degree at the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Law. Prior to law school, he completed his Bachelor of Commerce at Edwards School of Business with a focus on management and accounting.
Before coming to Regent Law, Julian was a lawyer with one of Canada’s largest law firms. After gaining several years of experience, Julian decided he wanted to move to a smaller centre where he could use his knowledge and skills to make a positive difference in the community. Wanting to remain in his home province of Saskatchewan, Julian decided to move his practice to Moose Jaw where he felt there was a need for passionate advocates. Julian focuses his practice in the following areas: Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Wills & Estates, and a range of corporate and commercial matters. |

Julian is a zealous advocate and always strives to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. Julian maintains an active litigation practice, having appeared before the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, and various tribunals. Julian also prepared various materials for the Court of Appeal.

Julian is a four-time recipient of the Saskatchewan Blue Cross Scholarship in recognition of his academic achievements. He received the Capstone Consulting Award in recognition of his business skills.
Regent Law has been a finalist in the Moose Jaw Business Excellence Awards every year since it was first establish. With Julian's tech knowledge, we have our eye on the next Business Innovation Award. |
Serving the Community |
Julian does volunteer work with various sporting organizations and he is a founding member of a handcyling club and a para-triathlon club.
Julian provides free legal services to low income individuals through Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan and assists Legal Aid with their heavy caseload whenever possible. Outside of his practice Julian enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Julian is an avid supporter of physical activity and enjoys spending as much time as possible on the ski hill. |
