ivil Law includes all areas involving disputes between individuals. If a settlement agreement cannot be reached, this usually means that one person sues another. Process - There are two processes by which a person can go: Small Claims Court or the Court of Queen's Bench. The flowchart below is a simplified illustration of the much more complex process found in the Court of Queen's Bench.
