For Realtors
As a realtor, the law firm your client chooses to help close the deal can either make your life a lot easier, or a lot harder. When your client chooses Regent Law, you can rest easy knowing they are in good hands. We are a Real Estate Law Firm dedicated to providing the best possible service for purchasers, sellers and even Realtors across all of Saskatchewan.
Clients Are People
Realtors know that buying or selling a house can be an overwhelming experience for long-time homeowners and first-time homebuyers alike. Regent Law is committed to seeing every client leave our office feeling confident in their understanding of the next steps, and feeling excited about the future. Not only does this lead to great customer satisfaction, but it also makes your job as the realtor that much easier.
Realtors also know that some clients need more support than others. Regent Law is committed to helping all of our client as much as they need to understand the documents and the process. Sometimes that only takes a few minutes, and sometimes it takes a few hours. Either way, our team is there for you and our mutual clients.
Things Go Wrong
Not every transaction goes flawlessly. When a deal falls through, Regent Law does not charge legal fees, but we are still there for clients and realtors because we know that lasting relationships are more important than any one file. There will always be the next purchase or the next sale, and we want to make sure you and your clients continue to feel good about working with Regent Law.
Have you ever been in a dual agency agreement where a conflict arose? Have you ever walked into a house on the date of possession and the seller's tenant has refused to move out? Any number of difficult situations can arise in this industry and Regent Law wants to give you the peace of mind that we are here to help. When you team up with Regent Law, you are welcome to call us with questions, concerns or a second opinion on how best to address unusual circumstances.
Your eLawyer
Has your client ever commented that they could sign the Offer to Purchase and mortgage broker's documents remotely, but the lawyer required them to attend in-person? Have you worked with international clients whose documents take weeks to courier?
Regent Law works with clients all over the world whether from the comfort of their home, their office, or even the beach. We are committed to staying on the cutting edge of legal technology and being the easiest firm to work with, without sacrificing quality. We don't require the use of international notaries or couriers. All clients need are a smartphone and printer. We will coordinate via telephone and email every step of the way until it comes time to sign the paperwork. Then, we can meet via video for signatures and witnessing.
If your client is not comfortable with technology, or likes the personal touch, we can absolutely meet in-person too!
